Propecia is used to cure different types of male pattern baldness and it increases hair growth, improves hair re-growth, and slows down hair loss.
Propecia is to be taken once a day with or without a meal. However, you may take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
You should try and take your doses on time taking care not to miss any. But if you do miss a dose, then you may take it as soon as you remember and adjust your remaining doses. Alternatively, you may skip it and continue with your regular dose. But do not take a double dose.

Call your doctor at once if you notice any breast lumps, pain, nipple discharge, or other breast changes. These may be signs of male breast cancer. Less serious side effects may include:
feeling like you might pass out;
swelling in your hands or feet;
pain in the testicles;
impotence, loss of interest in sex, or trouble having an orgasm;
swelling or tenderness in your breasts;
runny nose; or
